    The assistants were very friendly and helpful. However, there were only self-checkout stations available, which I think is an abomination.

    LOWE’s and KraftMaid has really been disappointing with our current and never-ending custom cabinet project. We have attempted to resolve it locally with the store we purchased these custom cabinets from. The MOD failed to keep our pre-arranged appointment, two times, after we travelled 2 hours, round-trip to attempt to get this resolved. We have attempted to reach out to leadership at LOWE’s HQ to no avail. We have to wonder if Marvin Ellison, the current CEO of Lowe's Companies, Inc, would be willing to give up his primary bedroom for seven months? Our two-bedroom Condo is now and has become a one-bedroom due to these mis-steps by LOWE’s incompetence. We have attempted to dispute the charge with LOWE’s credit department but since ‘something’ was delivered, they refuse to reimburse the funds paid. We contracted for some custom cabinets in October, placed the $5000 + payment on the LOWE’s charge and SEVEN months later still have not received the product we designed and fully paid for. Every attempt to correct the mis-steps have been incorrect; measurements wrong, incorrect products delivered, and three unsuccessful visits by the LOWE’s hired installer (not their fault the delivered parts were incorrect format and sizes.     I went in for my irrigation project. Couple employees just blew me off and walked away. One worker that stood out was Denise. She stayed with me the entire time making sure I got all my pipes, sprinkler heads etc. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Very friendly. Ask her for assistance if you need any help. Seems to be the only one that cares. These are the types of employees that Lowes needs to hire.

    After months of waiting for our doors and windows to arrive, (ordered November 2025)installation was finally scheduled for early February. Unfortunately, what followed has been a complete disaster. During installation, the crew discovered that Lowe’s had failed to include the slider frame and door handles. We were told the missing parts would be ordered, and after waiting until March 31st, we were assured everything had arrived and was ready to complete the job. That turned out to be incorrect. The handles were still missing. As a result, our home has had unusable, unsecured doors for nearly two months. This is not just an inconvenience, it’s a serious safety and security issue. The lack of coordination, repeated mistakes, and poor follow-through have made this one of the most frustrating experiences we’ve ever had with a company. At this point, it’s hard to trust anything we’re told. Buyer beware. Based on our experience, Lowe’s has been completely incapable of getting this job done correctly. Update: they told me the handles were actually at the store so I told the install crew to wait. I’ll go pick them up and after an hour of searching at the store they said no actually we don’t have them here. It’s a joke Lowe’s responded to this asking for me to contact them so the could escalate this internally. This has been escalated internally for over a month and nothing has been done I get a different answer from everyone I talk to and nobody can seem to figure anything out and it’s always we’ll reach back out to you in a week and update you…. Update me on what you still haven’t ordered the missing parts. Next update Lowe’s contacted me(I called them and asked they never follow up) that the final Pieces to my project were in and they are ready to schedule install. I said please get eyes on the products because you have said this multiple times. They assured me not to worry this time they have them. I said for my sanity please check. Was put on hold and sure enough they could not locate anything. Sorry for the confusion looks like the parts are another month out… I feel like I’m on a tv show where they see how much they can screw someone over before they just give up idk…this is insane. Few weeks has gone by and my handles are in so I was told. I went to the store and only half the handles were in….i demanded someone go look in the back. They refused this many times in the past because it was marked delivered but an employee agreed. And sure enough all the original order pieces were found laying in the back of the store have been there for months. Spent two hours at the store today as a customer tracking down my install parts. April 25th. Handles finally installed Waiting on next steps to fix LVP floors that were popped out during install and 3 doors with glass chips, paint missing and marks between glass panels handles were I stalled backwards so they could be accessed from outside May 5th returned to put handles on properly. Still no update on manufacture warranty on damage

    I have been shopping here for 36 years. I have spent over $3 million at Lowe’s for my business. I will never step foot into this one again because their staff, and more specifically their management, is atrocious. Today, I walked in and asked Ethan, their manager (?), about their training policies for their staff. Specifically regarding emergencies and medical help should a customer fall/have a heart attack/need assistance. Simple, reasonable question. His response was to sigh, and say “not again!” He then threatened to call the police on me trespassing. (I had just purchased over $200 worth of merchandise, so every right to be there.) He had three large goonies Aggressively escort me out of the store for asking about safety. !!!! My family member used to work at this location and she always told me the training and management were horrible. I am very disappointed by Ethan and this entire store. Do not go here if you are looking For a good customer service or people who care about your experience. They will let you die in the aisles. Shame on you Lowe’s. Shame on you Ethan.
