If you’re considering purchasing and having a countertop installed through Lowe’s, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. After spending nearly $10,000, I expected a quality product and at least some level of customer care—but that was not the case. The installation was sub-par, and despite raising concerns, there has been little to no accountability or effort to make things right. Very disappointing experience overall.

Never thought of looking to make sure when the refrigerator came the ice acre was inside I tried to call Lowe’s and I’ve never been so upset in my life to have somebody working at a company to go ahead and slam the phone down on you All I did was ask to speak to a manager because I felt I should be reimbursed for the ice machine because I paid a plumber to come out and put it in, but there was no ice machine for him to put in, but he still charged me

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
