I went to the store today 04/03/26 at 5:56 pm and the cashier VICTORIA B was extremely rude, when I ask if she was having a good day she said she wasn't because she wanted to go home and she could handle being at the store anymore, she was awful, treating customers awful, very, very rude, she treated me so bad and I went to talk with the manager but he did nothing about it. I spent 276.06 dollars to be treated like trash because the cashier wanted to go home and wasn't feeling like working, she deserves to have consequences, she can't be there treating customers bad just because she doesn't feel like working, she was ridiculous, I will not come to hobby lobby anymore because employees are awful, the manager couldn't care less when I talked with him... here is a message to VICTORIA B, listen if you don't like working there just leave it....
- RFRosalie FloresMar 18, 20261.0This location was convenient for me to go to since it is on my way from work. Unfortunately, the female with glasses at the fabric counter was very unpleasant. I requested to have my fabric cut from the end of the bolt since the beginning was stained and had a large flaw. Although there was not much fabric left on the bolt, this person stated she didn't want to "do all that". It happened that the amount of fabric I requested was more than what was left on the bolt so I opted for less yardage. When I measured the cut fabric at home it measured 1" short of what I requested and paid for. I will not be returning to this store. I rather drive further and enjoy my fabric shopping experience.
