The young lady who assisted me helped me to get the same rate with a climate-controlled unit through another special that wasn't advertised. I've also received excellent service from John, the manager, who is very responsive and available when I have had questions or concerns. I am very happy with my choice. From the first inquisitive phone call I made to a helpful well-trained person named Mike, through the whole process and especially with the manager of the Sarasota Fruitville Rd and School Avenue location- John, I was so impressed with their deep knowledge of all the intricacies, details, and everything to do with my desire to rent a small storage space. John is exceptionally gifted in communication, patience, all with a good dash of sense of humor! He was honest - he didn't hide any of the cost details. Not once did I feel like I was getting the hard sell; not once did I feel like I was dealing with a closer. I left feeling secure that I'd made a great choice with this company,this location, and my rental. Highly recommend! 🤩
