- KHK HillMar 23, 20264.0The Extra Space storage facility that we rented at was wonderful. The few times we needed anything the Manager was very helpful and polite. The location was very convenient. This next comment does not reflect my specific location, but the company as a whole. I have not rented storage units a lot, therefore, I do not know if this is the norm, but the price fluctuations was a bit unnerving. We received a good deal upon move in, but each month it fluctuated. I don’t know if it was dependent on the time of year or not. We had our unit for 4 years (just moved out because we no longer needed it), in that time the price fluctuated about $150. I would have preferred a locked in rate for one year, then when it came time to renew, adjust the price if necessary. Or offer different pricing plans based on how long one anticipates needing the storage. Overall, no complaints.

The storage location at Anise Dr Sarasota was perfect, easy access. I was lucky to get a first floor unit near the entrance. Security was excellent, moving in and out was easy. Facilities were excellent and the personnel amazingly friendly.
