  We had an excellent storage leasing experience at the Extra Space Storage facility at 9000 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota. Our sales manager Mike was very informative and accommodating.

  Michael was wonderful. He made my check in experience very pleasant. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and secure in his facility. He comes around and checks to see if you’re ok and if there is anything you may need. In today’s world there’s not a lot of people that give you a 100%. But Michael gives 110% to everyone that comes in and out. That so refreshing to know that there are people that still care and make you feel that customer service is of the up most importance. I just wish there were more people like Michael around.

  Mike is amazing. I love his personality and he does a great job making the guest feel safe. I loved when he had the donuts on Saturday. Such a nice touch and kind soul!

  Very clean, air conditioned units. Really appreciate the heavy duty/durable roller carts, much better than flimsy carts I’ve used at previous storage facilities. Mike and Lori were friendly and helpful and even offered us cold water!

  I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage from the start! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, he patiently answered all my questions, guided me through my options, and made the rental process and unloading seamless. I highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage!
