The owner comes across as a good guy however, the product he delivered to me was so substandard that I have had to spent considerable sums fixing issues such as: foundation sinking, tile separation, replacing improperly sized filtration system, replacing hot tub pump and fixing fire bowl that was hooked up backwards.
