When I brought the blind in Steven Jr greeted me and chose to repair the blind on the spot. 20 minutes later I left with an experience of what a Mom and Pop business has to offer. It was a couple of years later when we decided to replace two Duettes with Motorized versions. Again meeting Steven Sr, their design assistant and the followup installation was an unforgettable expierence, the kind of service that has a quality that is appreciated.
