They did what they said they would do and stayed on schedule, which made the process feel easy and low-stress. Everyone we worked with was professional, friendly, and respectful of our time and our home. Sarah in sales was helpful and straightforward from the beginning. Daniel and Darrin, the project managers, were organized, responsive, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Every crew member who came to the house worked hard, moved efficiently, and cleaned up at the end of each day. There was never a mess left behind. We were also very happy with the pricing. Based on what we were seeing in the market, we expected it to come in higher, especially with the upgrades we added. What stood out most was that there was no pressure to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Everything was clearly explained, and there were no surprises along the way. Overall, they met our expectations in every area, including the small details. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Sparkling Kleen.

Sarah did an incredible job working with us to design the layout and raised no objections when we requested several changes before finalizing the plan. Darrin was our project manager and also did an incredible job in managing the work schedule with multiple crews required to complete the project. Each and every crew showed up as scheduled with each person knowing what needed to be done and completed the work on time. We requested a design change on the decking and enclosure after the permits were finalized and construction started. Darrin managed our expectations on the timeframe for getting the revised permit approved. The completed project came out amazing. We replaced an old outdated multilevel brick patio and small enclosed lanai with a great outdoor space on a raised deck accommodating our desire for a smaller 12x15 pool with ample space for sitting, sunning and enjoying the outdoors. We are so appreciative of the honesty, integrity and professionalism of Sparkling Kleen Pools, especially Sarah and Darrin, who got us off to a great start and a finished project that will be enjoyed for years to come.
