I sat for 51/2 hours waiting and anxiously wondering if it would be delivered. I called Carol the sales person and finally dragged out of her the mattress was on the truck. Finally it arrived unannounced. Once they were here it went well. They need to Communicate better. It is not fair not to know what is happening.
