    This might be the most poorly run Lowes Ive ever seen. Trying to get a manager on the phone or in person for an install has been a nightmare. Ended up saying forget it and refund me after two weeks of trying to figure this out. They should not even offer this service if no-one knows how to order it.

    I'd give them less if I could. Kept getting hung up on by Cabinets and Countertops instead of just putting me on hold.

    I have to shout out the customer service in this Lowe’s location!! They are friendly and helpful. The store manager is such a nice guy and was dealing with multiple customers at once when I chimed in to ask for help. His professionalism in literally multitasking to help each other of his customers and even more during me was bar none. Class act from the moment I walked in and was helped with my return to the lady offering to help me at customer service, all friendly all lovely and exactly why I drive out my way to go to Lowe’s over Home Depot. HD’s customer service literally drives me out the door and I spend $1000’s throughout the year!!! Thank you Lowe’s on fruitville !!! Merry Christmas to you all!!

    Bought a set of blinds & realized that they are the wrong size. Lowe’s has apparently changed their exchange/return policy & since i misplaced the receipt, they refuse to exchange or return the blinds. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping at HD from now on. I don’t know of any retail store that doesn’t allow exchanges.
