The ordering the refrigerator wasn’t a problem that was smooth sailing. Great service on that part, couldn’t have asked for anything better. The problem came with the delivery and installation. One not that I have problems with anyone trying to make a dollar with a business, but these delivery/installers refused to take out the old fridge(which we paid for and haul away) unplug the fridge take off the water line and remove it. The water was already turned off and everything was a go. Both delivery people which couldn’t speak any English(no biggie we worked through that) had dispatch call me. Dispatch told me that we needed an electrician and a plumber to unhook the water line/reinstall water line, to unplug/plug in the fridge. Dispatch told me this was a courtesy and we are lucky they didn’t leave it on our driveway. Called Lowe’s and everyone agreed this was wrong and they were supposed to uninstall and install the fridge. They asked some questions which I was happy to answer. So they said I wasn’t in the wrong for any of it since I had everything ready for them. Rescheduled and was told it would be different delivery guy and it wasn’t, now the fridge has a big dent and I wouldn’t except it. Fridge was taken back and rescheduled for the next day. The installer was the same guy and yes we got the same problem can’t install without electrician/plumber. Called Lowe’s and was told they were going to send out a team to see what was going on. No discount no nothing, just sorry about your luck and let’s see if the fourth time is the charm. Nope cancel it I’m done. Went to their competitor in orange HD, bought the fridge, delivered and had it installed in 25 minutes. Moral of the story, I’ll now use HD from now on for any other appliances needed. So they lost this house and my other rental properties.

Ordered about 70 pieces of lumber for delivery and they pretty much sent all the warped and twisted lumber that everyone else rejected. Some were just way too bad to be of any use so had to return them and buy new. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it delivered!
