Just Had AI try and help me pick out a microwave by phone. When I asked for an employee they connected me to a ringing phone that went unanswered until someone picked it up and set it down without speaking. I know this because I could hear the speaker system for the store in the background. When I continued to ask for help it was put on mute. The lowes call remaind but all background sounds ceased. I hope we are ready for the economic consequence that results from indifference. Jobs are going away.

I was a customer shopping for a microwave today at this location and there was an active shooter in parking lot around noon and this location opened the store up for buisness within 45 minutes of the shooting happening while detectives and news crews were in the parking lot. Does Lowe's not have humanity anymore? As I left the store the victim who got shot clothes were still on the ground right outside the door with a pool of blood surrounded by detectives and caution crime scene tape as new customers were being let into the store.
