    If I could give a zero I would. I used to be a fan of Ferguson. I spent over $100,000 for my Pennsylvania home. I then used Ferguson for my new build in Florida overlooking Boca Grande. We spent close to $250,000 for kitchen appliances and plumbing and the installers made a number of mistakes. The biggest mistake they made they refused to fix. The installers installed two Miele dishwashers and forgot to punch out the drains into the kitchen sink drain/disposal. After six weeks of complaining that the dishwashers won't drain, with Miele saying I would void the warranty if I try fixing and Ferguson not doing anything, I spent $ 160 to have a local appliance repairman fixing in 5 mins. saying Ferguson always forgets to punch out the drain insert. Ferguson refused to reimburse me the service costs. I really couldn't care less about the money but Brian Baty the manager ghosted me for months about the reimbursement. It is the principle. I certainly won't use them for the rebuild of our beach house on Englewood Beach. They lost out on another $250,000 revenue. I am an old fashion self made businessman. I despise Ferguson for this stupid attitude. They are so foolish. The Sarasota Showroom is so poorly run....run the other way. I called Brian and left messages x 6 weeks. He never bothered to call. He ghosted me. Now he is trying to make nice five months later.

    We purchased all of our bathroom parts at Ferguson. After 2 years the shower head snapped and we went to Ferguson for help on the Moen part#. The receptionist at the store would not help us with anything and all she did was repeat herself with “you have to call Moen directly we can’t help you”. They were very helpful when we wanted to purchase things but not when you have a problem with an item purchased from their store. Very disappointed in them. Will go elsewhere for all my future purchases.

    I ordered a composite stone sink from a well known manufacturer and it came in the wrong color, Ferguson reordered the sink and it came in cracked. They reordered the sink two more times and each time it came in cracked. To say by this time, that I was totally fed up would be an understatement, as was the salesperson. So I finally ordered a different brand of sink, not quite what I wanted but I was totally done. So this isn't a bad review for Ferguson, because they kept trying right along. The other brand sink came in perfect the first time and Ferguson stood up and did the right thing because of all the inconveniences. So if you want to find a kitchen or bathroom fixture suppy house, these are the people to see. They were also less money on the same products ,which was a bonus.

How long do I have to return an item?
