After telling their employee that I felt that rate was high and inquired about anything I could do to get a lower rate he said no there was nothing that could be done and that was the cost. Then I went to their other location on Lime Ave where they did not have the size unit available that I wanted but showed me a pricing sheet with a rate of $176 per month for a 10’ x 25’ unit at the Washington St location. Then they said if I just look at their website they are quoting a rate of $160 per month! I furiously drove back to the Washington st location and confronted them with this information and all they said was sorry then rented me the unit for $160 per month. Not happy about this experience. Would have taken my business elsewhere but due to availability and location I needed to secure this unit. A word of advice to anyone looking to rent here look at the rates online first!
