John at the 2201 Fruitville Rd location got in touch with me immediately to welcome me and offer to answer any questions. When I got to the facility later the same day, John assisted me by taking me to my new unit (climate controlled) and showing me how to use the lock. All in all a great experience. Thank you John and your team.
