What wasn’t so great was that whoever put the new doors on my unit moved several of the items in my unit and it was very disorganized.

They raise your rate every few months and have a HORRIBLE rat infestation. See the pictures which include a smushed dead rat in the first photo. Extra Space Storage will not cover any damage unless you buy the insurance, but once your items are damaged, they’re gone forever, with or without insurance. Wedding keepsakes, Christmas decor, other sentimental items - all gone. No way to replace them, not even with all the money in the word. DO NOT rent here if you care about your stuff. They couldn’t care less to do their due diligence on pest control and protect your belongings despite the hundreds you’ll pay monthly. I paid thousands just to have our belongings absolutely ruined. To top it all off, this is such a health hazard to clean up now. It’s awful and utterly heartbreaking 😔
