  Billy was the BEST! I explained to him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I wanted! I ordered everything over the phone after a very disappointing visit to my local Amish/oak store within 10 minutes. Along the way, we laughed and had fun! Billy is a true asset to your company!

  Always a pleasure working with and ordering from DutchCrafters Amish Furniture. Billy Adams is awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The craftsmanship, quality of solid wood options, and beautiful variety of furniture and accent pieces is outstanding. Each piece is handcrafted and truly made in America. With each order, a tree is planted through American Forests. It doesn't get better than this!

  I recently was in the process of ordering a Pottery Cabinet, but was undecided about the hardware for the doors and drawers. I called DutchCrafters and spoke with Diane in their customer service department, she was fantastic to say the least. She spent some time on the phone with me and explained all the options that were available and which ones matched the best. I opted for their in home, White Glove Delivery, should make for an easy, stress free delivery for sure. Really looking forward to having this piece of fine furniture being in our home and enjoying it for years to come.

  Adam and Caden delivered our bedroom furniture, and they couldn't have been more careful and professional. At first we thought there was something wrong with the drawers because we couldn't open them. Caden and Adam showed us the drawer safety lock button on the back of the furniture. It keeps the drawers from opening when you don't want them to, like when the furniture is being moved from the truck to the house. The drawer lock button also serves as a safety feature. It can prevent more than one drawer from opening at a time, reducing chances of a tip over. This was the first time we heard of this clever and helpful feature. There was another first, which was NOT so wonderful. We ordered a mirror to go with our dresser, but due to company policy, Adam and Caden were not allowed to attach it to the dresser!! Like WE'D be able to attach it better than the professionals who deliver the furniture and set it up. This fact was NOT mentioned when we purchased the furniture. We'll be negotiating with DutchCrafters to either send someone who IS authorized to attach the mirror or to return it for a refund. Adam and Caden were the ones who had to break the news to us about the mirror, and they did so with understanding and empathy. They explained the reasoning behind this policy without being disrespectful of the company. They were in a tough spot and handled it professionally. If the star rating above was just for Adam and Caden, it would have been a five star rating. The lost star was for them not being allowed to attach the mirror.
