- RRRHH5 days ago4.0Mixed bag, best parts were the delivery and the furniture. Todd and Dana delivered my chairs in beautiful condition, they were very affable and friendly, great guys. The furniture in some ways exceeded my expectations in weight and quality of the wood. Fit and finish, very good but not perfect (insignificant). However, the order and waiting time is a different story, these chairs were sold with an 8 to 12 week delivery, five times the delivery was delayed by automated message. The response from customer service at first was nil and later in the process I was able to communicate well with the rep. Finally got the chairs at 24 weeks. My take away is if you want premium furniture this company can do it BUT be prepared to wait, and wait.

I love the personable attitude and approach, especially when so often that attention is no longer a priority. I have another set that I’ll be buying shortly and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else or working with anyone else either. Dutch crafters and Elvis are a great combination if you’re looking for great quality and great service!

The entertainment center is excellent, better than expected, although the overall measurement is 12" wider than we ordered. Which has worked out just fine. Communication with Dutchcrafters has been decent. Good follow-up. Overall good experience, but the delays were concerning.
- ANA NDec 18, 20255.0I absolutely LOVE my beautiful chandelier! It looks amazing in my cabin. I accidently ordered the wrong cord/cable, but they made it easy to exchange it. A helpful tip: if you want the one with rope that is just like mine (in the attached pics), make sure to order the HEMP cord/Gunmetal socket with Brown stain. I ordered the 5 foot size. Elvis and Brittany were my customer service reps and were very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend DutchCrafters if you want to add some beautiful and high quality pieces to your house or cabin!
