He sent his tech out to diagnose the problem and he had it figured out quickly and had the unit back in working order and explained what the issue was. Aloha installed our equipment a couple of years ago and we’ve been very pleased with the performance of it. It’s nice to have a company we can rely on to take care of our system when we need it.
