After having our fireplace for a number of years, I reached out to them to clean/service our chimney. They were out quickly and truly worked around my schedule. They also are pre-emptive in giving a reliable window for their arrival. While they were servicing my chimney, they found a crack in the base. We scheduled them to complete the repair; and, again, we had exceptional responses and scheduling updates from Chimney Cricket. Today, Brandon was here at 10am (window of 10am to noon) and had called on his way to insure I was ready for his arrival. He was incredibly efficient and clean. He provided guidance in how to "cure" the fireplace to prevent a crack in the future. Bottom line - our experience was exceptional.

Yes even in Florida! Brandon came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 5 minutes! I had been trying to get this fixed for months! They were great to work with, fast, efficient, and honest. I'll continue to use them in the future and I'll recommend them to everyone!!
