Spent 10 minutes to evaluate and told me spa was not getting any power and parts were not available on that brand since manufacturer was out of business. Also suggested l dispose of the spa and get another one. Then informed me trip charge fee was $150.00. Since then l had another spa tech out and he diagnosed that the problem was a blown fuse on the circuit board due to a bad transformer. He got the parts and repaired the spa. Please beware of this company.
