  I was quoted 4 different pool contracts and never felt 100% confident and comfortable with whom I was talking with for our Pool Renovation. A small pool builder I know recommended I call White Sands as they are a family owned business and basically they are the subcontracts for the contractors! Cut out the Middle Man and save money. Gary the sales person came out to the house, measured and even fixed a small leak around my skimmer without me even asking! He then was very patient with us as we struggled to pick out the right pool tile and surface for our renovation. In the end, we got an upgraded Wet Edge finish and saved money compared to our other quotes. Everyone in the sales office was fantastic to work with and every individual that came to work on the renovation was one time, polite and hard working. Patience was given as there are always unforseen challenges whenever you are remodeling and it was the middle of June when we started. I'm very happy with White Sands and I would highly recommend their services. We are very happy with the results and attention to details!

  I had my pool refinished less than 4 yrs ago. The surface is NOW starting to show up in my Navigator. When I called the company just now, I was told that I needed to have weekly maintenance records (at a minimum) or I voided the warranty. I was NEVER told this verbally, but it's "in the contract". Since I maintain the pool myself, I don't have records. You have been warned, if you expect your warranty to be honored, make sure you keep IMPECCABLE records. I am NOW out $15,000. FWIW, it took this company 3 months from start to finish to complete the project, long beyond the expected project time. This left my pool unusable from June 2-Sept. 3, the height of summer (I have canceled checks to back up this claim). I didn't write a review, positive or negative, at the time because they DID eventually cone out and remediate all of my concerns.

  Bad work done to pool in Timber Springs community. Company failed to recognize warranty. Now our HOA is paying over 15k to get fixed. I don't recommend.

  Update-8/30/24 White sands repaired original awful tile grout from a former sub-contractor.It now looks like what it should have been when refurbished back 1/15/2021. Brand new LED light I puchased from them is not warranty. Pentair 400w with 100' cord. 700.00 we probably used less than 5 times flickers on and off. Could be seal, bulb, or both. Should have kept the old light, it last 22 years.Thank you White Sands for making the grout job beautiful and making it right. We greatly appreciate it.4 Stars.

  UPDATE: 06.06.24 - White Sands finished our pool resurfacing with WetEdge Deep Sea Blue Pebble and it came out fantastic! They started 5/20/24 and fired up the filled pool by 6/3/24. They were always on time with their schedule and very pleasant to work with. The office always answered my calls and Amber and Ashley were able to answer my questions every time. Their team was just great and I would give 100 stars if I could. Thank you again for completing my project so quickly and beautifully! I just started working with White Sands recently and thus far they have been amazing!! Every time I call their office, someone answers and they are able to tell me the status of my job. Each person I speak with is so pleasant. Garry came out to give me my initial estimate, he was prompt, thorough and was able to give me a very reasonable quote onsite. Their terms are fair and scheduling was easy. They started my job on time and Pablo was the 1st person to come out and get the jobsite prepared. He explained the process to me, checked everything out and made sure my pool was prepared properly for the finish. He is also very kind and professional. I have "PTSD" from working with other contractors so it has been so refreshing to work with a company that values your time and business. I will keep you posted on the job but I could not wait to give them a great review! Photos to come...
