The online system was very easy, but I was dealing with a lot of chaos. The system asked what I was storing. When the owner, Mike, saw that I was going to store household goods on a parking spot, he immediately reached out me. Turns out there was a climate controlled unit at their other close by facility. It was actually my preferred unit type, which was not available at the original location. Mike had me canceled on the parking spot, signed up for the bigger/ climate controlled unit in minutes and I was set up that same day, within minutes of my original order. I'm impressed with the level of service ( so wonderful in today's world), very reasonable cost, and professionalism of his whole team. I wish everything I do was this easy. It would make my life perfect! Thank you so much for such a great experience. I will definitely recommend this facility to friends and family in the area.
