Called to Move out (months later) was super easy too, Thanks to You Carlos!!! The storage facility is a very safe and secure place. And as always, with extra space storage, I never have any issues. And whenever I have any questions they are pleasantly helpful!

I only had a few minutes on the phone and in person, but he is such a kind hearted person and very pleasant to deal with . He made sure everything was good and, granted it is just a storage unit facility and it's pretty straightforward, but customer service is a big plus and Carlos has all that and them some . I moved my car closer to the airport from the public storage in Orlando , for 20 extra dollars more my car is inside out of the sun and the peace of mind that came with this whole transaction just made it feel like I hit the jackpot . Thanks Carlos .
