This store garden department needs to have someone to manage. I showed the picture to 4 employees, and all just pointed me the direction because I have no way to find it. The are no signs of bay #. I ordered online and picked up today. The plant I got is totally different from online picture. The pickup and return ladies just laughed because the picture from website is totally different. Went there for 2 times with time, gas, and the bad feeling with the result of no management.

My husband and I have been looking for plants for our patio that will last. Green thumb, I do not have. Karl at this location has been amazing. His plant knowledge and patience was key in helping us put together a beautiful patio of plants. He asked the right questions and gave us the best options. Honestly didn’t expect to leave Lowe’s feeling this good about a trip to the lumber section, but here we are.
Shawn helped me out and he was just genuinely one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve encountered in any store in a long time. I came in a little lost and he took the time to actually walk through everything with me, explained my options, gave me his honest recommendations, and made sure I was leaving with exactly what I needed. No upselling, no rushing me along, just real helpful energy.
You can tell he knows his stuff and actually enjoys helping people. That’s hard to fake. If you’re heading to Lowe’s and need help in the wood section, find Shawn. He’s the guy.

Not a good shopping experience. They are a few steps away from being a fulfillment center. Wanted to look at tool packs. what little there had locks on hinges and drawers. What the website suggests they have they didn't.

Immensely grateful for the patience, tenacity, and quick thinking/action by Angelina and Larinda in returns this evening.
We purchased a faulty grill and propane tank earlier in the month. During rush-hour-chaos with a long line of other customers and through tech difficulties, Angelina and Larinda performed an exchange for the grill and propane tank while also keeping the other customers in line informed on assistance timeframe and thanking them for their patience.
After purchasing a faulty grill and propane tank, we wanted to test the new grill and tank far out in the parking lot before leaving. Good thing we did, because our grill wouldn’t light. I ran back inside and was guided to Matthew who offered a helpful tip on getting the new grill working. Upon returning to the far end of the parking lot, Marcese and Jacob were assisting the rest of my party with trying to get the grill started. They noticed we were struggling and stopped to offer us help. With the help of Matthew’s tip and Marcese and Jacob’s help, the grill worked!!
Thank you Angelina, Larinda, Matthew, Jacob, and Marcese - your teamwork and perseverance made for three happy customers!!

When an employee is calling for extra assistance because they are backed up - HELP THEM. I worked 11 years in customer service/retail and If I had been in Larinda and Angelina’s position tonight I would have walked out or started crying. You are blessed to have them on staff. This would have been a 1 star review if it hadn’t been for those two ladies.
