I live in a 30 unit condo downtown and we have a small % of renters who move in and out of builder-owned units in the building. Unfortunately with moving come many boxes and most with roaches. I had my unit serviced and have not seen a bug in over a year until a new renter moved in next door. I called Suncoast to revisit my place, and they were quick to schedule and the problem was resolved. Alex, the serviceman is wonderful, efficient, friendly and gets the job done without tying up too much of my time. Suncoast is my go-to for Pest Control
