I am giving two stars for the customer service guy and a lady in paint who helped me. However, there are several employees I encountered who refuse to help, seem annoyed if you have questions, or just flat out don't know what the heck they are doing. My trip took over 45 minutes trying to find help to locate items. Inexperienced employees in departments is no help to customers.

We love Lowe's overall and prefer to shop there when we are at our Tennessee house, but avoid this Lowe's specifically if you have absolutely any other options. There really were not a lot of alternatives before so you just kind of had to deal with it, I don't think a delivery ever went by without complications, horrible communication, etc.... And I used to have to order a lot of appliances for our rentals. Thankfully. Now we have Costco because there are zero complications. Same with our house up north, we have a great experience in that area. The corporation overall would really do themselves some good by getting some management in that knows how to turn the store around as it's been like this for 10 to 15 years. And God forbid you actually get the manager on the phone, which you will have to go through a run around of being put on hold before. Ultimately getting to somebody that sounds like they're sitting stoned in a little room and they will ultimately just ignore whatever they told you, and then you'll be chasing down your delivery again or sitting in your car endlessly for an online pickup or whatever complication this door just somehow manages to add to the mix. Overall just based on location, I think they get enough business to not care but as alternatives do come into play, it's really sad. Helper management can really take down what would otherwise benefit a community.
