I just left Lowe’s and asked two people to assist me in showing me where a chair was both pointed and no one directed me/took me to it. Seen a third person and asked him and he took me. This is poor CUSTOMER SERVICE for Lowe’s if you do not want that type of job then don’t get it. I will not return.

Alex in the paint department gives me hope that customer service that goes above and beyond still exists.
I was looking at paint swatches for a home project and he asked what I was working on. He took the time to look through my inspiration photos, asked thoughtful questions, and was incredibly thorough in helping me find colors that truly matched the vision I had in mind.
I’ve been to other paint departments recently at other stores where no associate approached me to offer help, so this experience was especially refreshing.
I would absolutely return to Lowe’s for paint and for other home projects because of Alex’s outstanding help. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel creative and collaborative.

I have no problem with Lowe’s. My problem is with the Media dishwasher I purchased there. There are a ton of YouTube videos on how to fix the door when the plastic piece sticks inside the door and the machine won’t close & has no power. It’s simple to use a binder clip to grab the piece and pull back out. My problem is that Media knows it’s a problem and won’t recall it or replace it for free. I had to pay to order a new switch and pay shipping on top of it. I feel when it’s a known problem with the latch, they should at least send a new one for free. No customer service whatsoever. I won’t buy another media product because they do not stand behind their product.
