I was looking at paint swatches for a home project and he asked what I was working on. He took the time to look through my inspiration photos, asked thoughtful questions, and was incredibly thorough in helping me find colors that truly matched the vision I had in mind. I’ve been to other paint departments recently at other stores where no associate approached me to offer help, so this experience was especially refreshing. I would absolutely return to Lowe’s for paint and for other home projects because of Alex’s outstanding help. He made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel creative and collaborative.

There are a ton of YouTube videos on how to fix the door when the plastic piece sticks inside the door and the machine won’t close & has no power. It’s simple to use a binder clip to grab the piece and pull back out. My problem is that Media knows it’s a problem and won’t recall it or replace it for free. I had to pay to order a new switch and pay shipping on top of it. I feel when it’s a known problem with the latch, they should at least send a new one for free. No customer service whatsoever. I won’t buy another media product because they do not stand behind their product.
