Don't waste your time buying a generac from this store. They will assign a contractor that is unprofessional and refuses to respond to issues and maintenance. Then they will refuse to fix the problem with the contractor telling you it's your problem and just deal with it because you can't get another contractor assigned as it is part of the contract. I regret ever dealing with Lowe's on my generac. The contactor they hired would only respond when the manager of this store would call them. Unprofessional.

What a nice experience! I was greeted by George as soon as I walked in and asked if I could be given any assistance. George took me to the lawn care area and showed me the various weed eater options. He even convinced me to the Kobolt brand over the cheapest option. I am very pleased with my decision and thankful for George’s knowledge.

I ordered, for delivery, common items. Such as 2x4's, 2x6's, 4x4's, bags of concrete, deck blocks, cinder blocks, mulch, etc. Items Lowes always has. Not any crazy amount, not more than 20 of each item. Somehow, when it's a few days from the delivery date, these common items are all backordered and the delivery I have waited a month for, is delayed another month. However, the app and website for the store shows 100's or 1000's of the exact items in stock and available for pickup or delivery. Customer service can't provide a reasonable explanation, nor can they transfer the order to a different store that is closer, and also showing all the items in abundance. Pretty disappointing.

This location customer service is 💯 rude. I was very pleasant speaking and asking where I could find this “2 day” return policy on their website. I purchased 40 pieces sod. 12 of them do not look good and my lawn tech said that it could be from not having dirt on the pieces. I called to have them replaced and was told that there is a two day return. According to their website it says 90 days. The receptionist hung up on me as I was asking to see where on the website she sees this.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
