    Pick up area was a disaster and some of the most rudest ladies I've ever encountered in my entire life. I would thumbs down this if I could. I would give no stars if I could. The pickup area was an absolute horrible nightmare. If you could avoid it at all cost please do

    Just bought a refrigerator from the Rockledge store. My salesman: 2184261 was so awesome. Very friendly and patient as I made my decision. He looked up the items I was interested in picking up to make sure it was in stock in the store and helped me with purchasing an extended warranty. They had a sale going on and the prices were awesome. Rob helped load my fridge into my truck and made sure it was secure before I headed out onto the highway. I appreciate all of the help, being a woman by myself buying and transporting the purchase. Great job all around. Thank you.

    Compared to home Depot, this place is so much better. As far as the customer service is concerned and more. I asked three people where things were and our free people knew where the items were. In home Depot I rarely get people that know where things are. Everything was clean, organized and in a convenient location on the corner of two main Streets.

    Subject: Disappointing Experience at Lowe's Rockledge, FL I just wanted to share my recent experience at Lowe's Rockledge because it was quite upsetting. On November 25th, 2025, we purchased a double sink bathroom vanity — the “ARIEL Cambridge 61-in White Undermount Double Sink Bathroom Vanity with Pure White Quartz Top” — during a Black Friday sale. We also picked up $900 worth of tiles, thinking we were getting a great deal at $765. However, when we opened the well-taped box at home, we found that one of the sinks was missing! We reached out to customer service and spoke with Jessica and Shawn, but they were anything but helpful. They were unfriendly and at times even came off as passive-aggressive. To make matters worse, they insisted that because it was a Black Friday deal, we weren't entitled to any missing parts. There was nothing mentioned on the package that parts might be missing; how were we supposed to know? Afterward, we managed to get the contact information for Ariel Bath, but they can’t send the missing sink without the purchase order and order number, which Lowe's has refused to provide. So, in the end, that so-called "deal" ended up costing us an extra $85 for missing parts. This level of customer service honestly felt more like something you’d expect from a temporary online seller in an exotic country rather than a reputable store like Lowe's. It feels like false advertising to claim they are a “top-quality” retailer. We’re definitely going to explore other shopping options moving forward.

    The Garden Center is my favorite place to be in any store, but, the collection and staff go well beyond. I am able to find what I want or staff are able to help me without hesitation. They are kind, caring, and always working hard to keep the garden center like a little paradise. Mike, has gone above and beyond every time he has helped me and I have watched him with others before. Big Jon is an awesome addition to the staff as well. They both together make anyone’s day, I’m sure of it. If they aren’t recognized for their hard work already, they should be.
