- BIBrenda IngramNov 13, 20221.0Went there a half hour ago. That lady is very rude. I Won't be back. She talks to you like you're dumb, very sarcastic, her personality is toxic. I simply wanted to get my chlorine 2 and half gallon jug filled. It could have been simple. Hi let me fill that for you, here, have a great day. But no, I got, Oh you want to buy salt water! I said no I would like to have this jug filled for my pool. Then she spent 10 minutes lecturing me about it is just salt water and it weighs 20 lbs when you could have just bought this bag that weighs 1 lb and now my clothes are ruined. This is nothing but pressure washer cleaner it isn't for pools. You're destroying your pool using it. There was plenty more but that is the gist of it. BTW if your company feels that way why do you have 100s of these jugs and supply this product to be used in pools? Sincerely, Not your customer ever again!

When she came inside, she chatted on the phone while she asked him if he needed anything and as he browsed. He then heard her say on the phone," Let me call you back I have to see what THIS guy wants." Yah, he'll never go back there. Maybe a class in customer service might be in order.
