They did NOT want to do anything about it and refused to give me a refund or anything due to the situation, all they do it lie over the phone , saying they’re going to call you back , they NEVER DO . A Most Worthy Account of My Visit to Lowe’s
Upon mine errand to procure a remedy most dire for the yellowjackets that did besiege my dwelling, I ventured into the halls of Lowe’s, expecting naught but a simple purchase. Yet fortune, ever mischievous, placed in my path a man of uncommon wisdom—Brenner, by name.
This Brenner, a steward of knowledge and guardian of the aisle, did approach me with the bearing of one well‑versed in the secret arts of pest control. With great patience and noble clarity, he unfolded before me the full tapestry of my choices. Each potion, each powder, each device he described with such depth and understanding that I stood in honest marvel.
Never have I seen a man so committed to his craft, nor one who spoke of wasp‑banishing tools with such scholarly vigor. His counsel was not merely helpful—it was a service befitting a king’s court.
In truth, Lowe’s would do well to honor this good man Brenner, for he is a reason the store’s reputation endureth. Such dedication is rare, and such mastery rarer still.

This store in Riverview had the best customer service. Long story short I had ordered some pavers online and they were being delivered from this store. Delivery was messed up a few times and they didn’t have the number I needed but they came through and delivered what they did have. Joe the garden manager and the ladies at the customer service desk really went above and beyond to get me these pavers.. and today they were delivered! Thanks again!
Also my delivery guy Diego was fantastic! Very professional and put the pavers exactly where I wanted them!

I witnessed something today that honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. An employee named Rosemary treated a customer in a way that came across as blatantly racist and completely unacceptable. It wasn’t subtle…it was obvious, uncomfortable, and disappointing to watch.
She told them to “speak English, this is America”..
They were asking about an item being BOGO or not…
No one should ever be made to feel less than because of who they are, especially in a place that’s supposed to serve the public. Situations like this reflect poorly on the entire business, not just one person.
I really hope management takes this seriously, addresses it directly, and ensures it never happens again. Until then, I cannot recommend supporting a place that allows this kind of behavior.

It is deeply concerning to hear about the recent incident at this location involving an employee named Rosemary. According to reports from the community, when customers asked a simple question about a BOGO item, they were met with blatant xenophobia. Rosemary reportedly told them to "speak English because this is America" and attempted to have them removed while yelling.
What is even more disappointing is the management's response. When this was brought to their attention, the manager reportedly stated that they do not fire employees for discriminatory remarks and instead only provide "training." This shows a complete lack of accountability and a failure to protect customers from harassment.
There have been many other reports of the staff being rude and disrespectful to customers here. It seems there is a toxic culture at this store that management is choosing to ignore rather than fix.
Discrimination is not a training issue: it is a character and policy issue. Because of this weak response and the hostile environment, I will no longer be shopping at Lowe’s. I will be taking my business to competitors who actually value all members of our community.
