    Excellent service and installation from Juan and I believe the other gentleman’s name was Javier. They were very friendly and professional. They delivered and installed my washer and dryer in very little time. Great overall experience.

    Do NOT shop for appliances at the Riverview FL location! I went in ready to buy a dishwasher and was given such horrible customer service, I walked out. After looking around and finding a couple models that I liked, I pushed the button to call for assistance. Someone showed up quickly, the only part that was good. She asked me what I was looking at/for. I told her a black dishwasher without a handle. I showed her a model that I liked and asked if it came in black (because NONE of the barcodes were able to be scanned on the Lowe’s app). She said no. Fine, I get it. That is a manufacturer thing. We proceeded to go around looking at other models. I told her that I didn't want a dishwasher with a top rack that is too high. She got snarky, opened a model and said “they are adjustable” and showed me in a semi-aggressive way. I have not purchased a dishwasher in over a decade. Obviously things have changed. At this point another coworker of hers came up to tell her that she was leaving and then had a complete conversation about how it was a long day because they didn’t have anyone else working there. So, ok, it’s been a long day. No need to be snarky towards me, a person that also works in a customer service role and understands a long day. So we continued. She look up a model and said that it came in flat black. I told her I wanted shiny black to match my refrigerator. I also mentioned it would be easier if they had the color options on their signs. She then proceeded to tell me that they have enough signs and wouldn’t be able add more. She got snarky saying that none of the models came in a shiny black and she could not help me. Which I knew was not the truth as I had seen them online. Even though my blood was boiling, we continued. She looked up my fridge as it was purchased there. It was clearly “black” and not “flat black.” But she again said she could not help me. At this point, in order to remain a pleasant person I had to leave. I was fuming, and will never buy another appliance from that location or maybe any location. At the end of the day, I was looking for decent customer service and what I got was terrible. I’m sad that there is not a 0 star option.

    Normally I don’t get bent out of shape. Being a military veteran, I’ve deal with some adversity, but it’s time to share. When I originally bought a washer/dryer/ fridge from Lowe’s they destroyed my dryer unit and tried getting me to buy it on discount. I cancelled the whole order and made them delivery everything all over again. (Strike one) They tried delivering the dryer the second time and the unit was dead on arrival. (Strike two) Now 7 months later Imagine opening a credit card, getting hustled into spending $ 4100 on all these appliances only for your new Samsung fridge to completely break down after 7 months. (strike three) You call for support, since you didn’t buy the Lowe’s insurance they won’t do anything for you. Your new fridge is not our problem. Just don’t buy from here. Don’t work with Lowes If you don’t purchase the insurance. You have to call Samsung. Have a video chat diagnosis on your fridge. Go through a step by step process instead of them sending a tech this is Samsungs problem not our problem. On hold for 40 minutes. Anywho, purchase the insurance or deal with the nightmare I am. Also prolly shouldn’t work with Lowe’s if they won’t stand by their product after 7 months. Thanks for listening pert it was long.
