    I went there to purchase Dishwasher and Fridge. I told them if I could take them that day . They said no but that they'll be delivered next day . Well my stove was delivered - my dishwasher was marked picked up at the store when I never took anything with me. No one answers the phone. Been on the phone for an hour and they just put me on hold. Go to the store and now they have to wait on fulfilment to get back to me. Worst customer service

    Lowes can't stand behind their products, thev delivered a drver that doesn't work. Said it was my electrical so I had to get someone out to look at it then when I got some out there they said my power was fine the drver was bad. Now lowes won't take the drver back This is bath faith and bad service.

    Homeowner Advisory Regarding Flooring Installation I’m sharing this to inform other homeowners and encourage due diligence when hiring large retailers for flooring projects. I contracted with Lowe’s for a tile flooring installation that included a separately charged new subfloor, totaling approximately $5,00”. Within about 30 days, the tile began failing and popping throughout the installed area. Lowe’s subcontractor removed the tile and subsequently declined to correct the issue, attributing the failure to “water damage.” Before proceeding further, I hired an independent contractor to assess the work. That contractor confirmed the subfloor installation did not include pressure-treated wood and did not include a vapor barrier between the concrete slab and the wood subfloor. According to the contractor, these omissions do not meet standard flooring and moisture-mitigation practices and likely caused the premature tile failure. Because the flooring and subfloor had already been removed and the space was unusable, I was required to hire another contractor to proceed with proper remediation. I am now paying to have the project redone. Lowe’s offered a partial reimbursement and stated it was their final offer. I am continuing to pursue resolution through formal channels however, Monette in customer service refuses a simple phone call or discussion. I am posting this for awareness only. Homeowners considering flooring or subfloor work should ask detailed questions regarding materials, moisture protection, and installation standards, and should not assume these steps are automatically included. As Lowes apparently does not follow standard contractor procedures.

    I have had the worst experience overall in purchasing an oven. I purchased an oven on 11/18/2025. Simple great and easy in the store. Paid extra for installation. I still do not have my oven to date. The store did not receive in the system when it actually got to their warehouse so it was prolonged. It got there on 11/26…they didn’t receive it in their system until 12/2 when I spent and hour going back and forth and being hung up on. Then I get a call the next day to schedule my installment another week later. Then they showed up on 12/9 to measure and not actually install my oven. And they are supposed to be here today by 5pm they are not here. This is crazy. My money was good enough to already be charged but not to give me my actual oven. It’s been literally 28 days since I made this purchase. And I have to be the one to call for updates and chase down this oven that I own it’s paid for, but it’s yet to be installed. What a joke. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase in my life. The installers did show today. But the Lowe’s location is def the cause for the delays.
