- KSKarla SCMar 25, 20251.0It's true when they say that the first person that you see at a business sets the tone for the way an establishment is. I walked in and greeted Michelle, the store manager, (according to her name tag) and she looked at me and did not even say "good morning" or "hello". Rude much? That set the tone for what I was about to encounter. I proceed to walk to the register and the first thing she said to me is "what happened? it's no good?" She was referring to the small vacuum I was returning. I simply replied no that it did not fit the stick that we had. She stood quiet and it felt awkward and uncomfortable. She then asked me if she should open and check the item or is everything in good condition so that she can place it back on the shelf. That was such an odd thing to ask a customer, considering it's a return you should always check the item!!!! I replied that everything is packaged and it was not used. She put it to the side and proceeded to refund my card. I asked her if she knew about the Cosmy bot and she looked extremely confused and said "I have no idea what that is, I never heard of that before" -____- The lack of communication, knowledge and manners is ridiculous. This location has other staff who have no idea what they are talking about and when pool owners have questions, we shouldn't be told "I don't know". Pinch a penny has more professional and knowledgeable employees. Never again, I rather drive the extra few miles than to deal with an unprofessional establishment.
