I understand that it's park at your own risk lot, but the manager refused to talk to me when I wanted to voice my concerns, instead he advised hims employee to tell me that the cameras only faces the entrance. I heard him explain this to his employee over the phone despite my requesting to speak to him directly. Stay away if you value your recreational vehicles. You get what you pay for. They are one of the cheaper storage units for a reason, because they do not take ownership of any problems that are occurring in their lot. They only say "tough luck"
