  I reserved my unit online but had some questions still. I went by the office and saw Stephen and he not only answered my questions but even advised me on things I had not even thought of. He was very helpful and patient with me to make sure I understood everything. I was in the office again another day and he was still asleep helpful as the day I got my unit. Stephen provides the kind of customer service I look for and give kudos for. I will refer others to this storage facility for this kind of service every time. Thanks very much Stephen!

  Nick was awesome and very helpful. He showed me around, answered all my questions, and even help me with all the admin responsibilities I had. He was friendly and the place was clean.

  Stephen was so kind and courteous! I spoke with him on the phone and he put all my fears at ease... He answered all of my questions and offered information I didn't know I needed for my move. I'm so glad I I came to the Bloomingdale location! It was a great experience ☺️

  I had gone online to reserve 2 units and had no problems with reserving the first one, including picking my unit but when I reserved the second one it didn't let me pick the unit next to the first one, no matter what I did. I went over to the office and Stephen took care of it and now I have both units right next to each other. I had a couple of other issues and Stephen took care of everything so quickly. I have rented units at other storage businesses in the area and I have never had anyone resolve any issues and take care of everything so quickly and so we'll. If you need to speak to anyone or have any issues go see Stephen.

  Stephen has been tremendously helpful! Superior customer service! So much so, that I encouraged my family to move from their existing storage unit facilities (competitors) to this particular location of Extra Space Storage. Between us, we have four 10’x10’s and two 10’x30’s. The facility is convenient; a short walk away. It’s safe, nice, and clean, with a bathroom in the same building! I have had storage units for decades, and I hate when you have to stop working on your unit and go drive to a facility with a bathroom, and then come back to your unit! Especially when it’s far away, and you’re trying to get work done! I always go online to reserve the best deal, but I always finish transactions in person, just in case there are any glitches! Nowadays, it can take forever to get your money back, if even possible, or to get exactly what you want, without reviewing everything in person, first! With the original manager, I was just going to wait until my lease ran up and go to a competitor! Not only did he lie to me and make me buy additional insurance, but he had horrible customer service. Everything was bad attitude, and “no, you can’t do that”, (such as when I already had checked online for 24hr access, and he denied it). He gave me the wrong code, delaying my truck rental return. Stephen is the total opposite!! If a problem comes up, he finds a solution! He’s patient, understanding, and very nice and calm, which is hugely appreciated!!! Also, my sister tried, online, to get two 10’x30’s together, next to each other, and she wanted to doublecheck the best access points thru the building. There was a glitch, with it online, so she went to Stephen. Since she didn’t complete the reservation, locking up purchasing access to one of the units for 24 hrs, Stephen was able to get both units she wanted, side by side, after letting her double check, in person, the best access points in the building! This is just one example of his superior customer service!!! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage, and this particular location, for all the above reasons, but above all, for the best management!!!! Thank you so much Stephen!!!
