  great business to get shutters from! brant was very knowledgeable and helped me get the protection i needed for my home, especially living in florida! they are great with communication as well, and always get back to me whenever i have a question or concern. will always recommend them!!

  I had ordered a roll down screen for my garage door in February and I have yet to receive it and this is June 20, 2022. I asked to speak to the owner and manager or supervisor and I never get a callback from them their receptionist/secretary says that she cannot just call everybody to let them know the status of their order. It’s a poor way to run a business.

  Southern Cross just finished installing accordion shutters on 3 windows, and around my lanai. It looks fantastic. This is the second time I've used Southern Cross, the first time they installed shutters on the front of my house about a year ago; and I love what they did then too. I was pleased with thier work from beginning to end. I feel like I got great value for the cost. Everyone I met or talked to from the company were extremely nice and informative. When they were done they throughly cleaned up. I highly recommend these folks, you won't be disappointed.

  The reason for 2 stars is that the install guys did it right otherwise it would be 1. I was awaiting for final inspection before final payment. I received a letter saying they were going to put a lean on my house. I was furious. I had already mailed the final payment before the inspection. When I called the woman who was extremely rude she told me they needed payment that day. I told her I would drive there with a check if they would deduct $35 for stop payment. She refused... told me she was putting a lean on my house and hung up. I drove up there to confront the owner... the womans husband... who apologized. Months later I was having an issue. I called an left 3 messages with no reply. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY! They are NOT worth the trouble!
