She is highly skilled and motivated to make the customer experience enjoyable! Current and future customers be warned about corporate rate hikes, though; before making an angry call to the manager as I did, just give Allison a chance to address the rate hike - she may pleasantly surprise you. Corporate is impersonal and often greedy, but Allison is absolutely neither, and it's worth sticking around to have a staff like her and her crew!
