  Great Company This was the exact timeline we are given prior to signing with them. Sonia was awesome Joel was truly above and beyond to Ensure the startup and explain about the pool equipment Their Customer service was great. I highly recommended this company.

  Pools by Greg started our new install in mid-May and finished in late October. This was the exact timeline we were given prior to signing with them. Every person sent to my home to do their part of the install was extremely professional. Their pricing was fair and transparent, no surprises. As a matter of fact, more sod was needed than was included in the contract and installed at no extra cost to me. Every question I had along the way was handled with the utmost respect and diligence. Their customer service was second to none. I highly recommend this company.

  I wanted to take a moment to shout out Pools by Greg and the incredible team members who made our pool process phenomenal. Carlos, our salesman, went above and beyond from start to finish—always available, always patient, and always willing to answer our many questions. We never once felt like a bother. Pools by Greg is truly lucky to have him; he treats his customers with the utmost respect. I also can’t say enough good things about Joel. He is extremely knowledgeable and one of the kindest people you’ll meet. He spent more time than he needed walking us through the equipment, the warranty process, and everything we needed to know to properly care for our pool once it was completed. Both of these gentlemen exemplify exceptional customer service, professionalism, and genuine care. I can’t rave about them enough. We are so happy with our pool and the overall experience. Thank you, guys!

  If you are thinking about getting a pool, DO NOT USE POOLS BY GREG; they are a total scam. I have cracks all over my deck, which they said were not under warranty, but they would come out to see how much it would cost to fix. Then my salt chlorinator went out after a year, and the company they use sucks. I literally had to fight for over a month to get this fixed. After all my phone calls and bitching they finally fixed it, but I was told, since they did it to be nice, that it wouldn’t be covered under warranty anymore. Next, there was a leak near the pump, which they said was not in warranty, so I paid to have someone fix that. Both my LED lights went out, and I was told the warranty for that was a year. Now my Pool is three years old, and after spending 80 grand on it, it’s leaking. They told me it’s not under warranty. It’s only a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY ON LEAKS!! So, unfortunately, after spending all that money, they will not fix it. They got their money now, so they do not care about their customers. That’s all they care about is money!! I will never recommend them to anyone again, and the people I did recommend them to. I apologize in advance. I WILL BE SCREAMING AND TELLING EVERYONE NEVER TO USE THEM.

  The best in the business had my pool finished a few months ago and it’s top notch work it blows my mind because they beat my 3 other quotes by 20k for the same pool after pool was finished any minor defects I seen they took care of it no questions asked Carlos the sales man is the man always took my call trough out the process and answered any questions I had the job site was always cleaned up and neat all there workers were professional respectable and friendly and not to mention one of the only few companies that have been around for over 20 years so have no worries about being scammed i highly recommend pools by Greg for your pool build you will not be disappointed
