Update:
The tile order did not arrive on Monday, January 5, 2025. We have received no updates or support, and today is now Thursday, January 8, 2025.
I would like to recognize Junior, Ronald, Charisse, and Jessy for their outstanding customer service.
Junior went above and beyond by helping us locate pink tops for paint buckets and assisting with the final checkout and tile delivery purchase.
Ronald was extremely helpful in calculating the correct amount of tile for our bathroom renovation and even helped us load smaller tile boxes into our car.
Jessy and Charisse welcomed us with friendly smiles and were attentive and helpful throughout our visit.
All four employees were incredibly patient and stayed past closing time to ensure all transactions were completed properly, which truly demonstrates their dedication and commitment to customer service.
Because of this team’s support, this location will be our go-to Lowe’s for this and all future renovation projects. Thank you for the great service.

Ordered batteries online, on Nov 28th and the cancelled it because they over sold them. Bad business practice, Called JR store manager and he couldn't care less, never tried to help at all, he said call corp. Well I am a PRO member for years and gave them a lot of money. guess what, there our other places i can get my materials. I had a company do this to me years ago and never went back and wont. I will call 800 number tomorrow and see if they care. Remember people your time matters, all the calls it takes to get them to do the right thing. Shame on them for over selling there items. Like JR said o well , customer gets burned and everything is ok for Lowes! Oh i was also told I would received a coupon but never did, I fired people for not keeping there word. This was a chat agent. Please dont put up with bad business, if i did half of what they do i would be out of business.
