    Charles isn’t just your run-of-the-mill pool supply maestro—he’s a bona fide customer service wizard whose mere presence puts chlorine in the veins and a smile on everyone’s face. From the moment I stepped inside, it was obvious that Charles is the heartbeat of the place. Patrons breezed in, greeted him by name, and shared stories of pool triumphs and catastrophes alike, knowing Charles would sort them out with the patience of a Zen master and the ingenuity of a mad scientist. The shop could run on his reputation alone—he might as well wear a cape instead of a store apron.[1][2] Now, I walked in with a pool vacuum cleaner that looked like it had survived an underwater war with a very angry mop. Most would’ve told me gently to check the nearest landfill. Not Charles! With the dexterity of a surgeon and a twinkle in his eye, he poked, prodded, and performed two maneuvers so advanced, I’m convinced he’s secretly a pool robot whisperer. It didn’t stop at mechanics—when a digital hiccup tried to slow down progress, Charles switched gears to “tech support mode,” rattling off computer workarounds that would make Bill Gates blush.[3] What truly separates Charles is how he transcends mere service and sails into salesmanship with glee. Never pushy, always helpful—and somehow, his suggestions somehow make ordinary products sound like the missing piece to my backyard oasis. How does he do it? It’s an ancient secret, handed down from legendary sales sages and retail heroes.[2] Of course, Charles’s aura isn’t all technical fixes and timely upsells. His mastery is about making every interaction fun. He’s got a story or a quip for every scenario. If a pool hose is leaking? “Looks like it’s inventing its own water feature!” Computer giving attitude? He’ll joke, “Time to threaten it with dial-up!” Amidst all the cheer, he finds the answer or the part you need—usually hidden behind a stack of floaties you didn’t even know you wanted. No wonder everybody walking in greets him like an old pal.[1] So, here’s to Charles—Mr. “Can I help you?” Master of the Year! If every store had a Charles, customer service wouldn’t just be a department; it’d be a celebration. My pool vacuum survived another season, my shopping cart is forever fuller, and my faith in retail heroes has grown. If excellence had a pool party, Charles would be at the grill, cracking jokes and fixing broken skimmers with one hand tied behind his back.     I am a loyal customer with Leslie pool supply and when I go in store chip is nice and helpful but I gotta tell you the service outside is horrible. I needed my pool lamp replaced and the schedule to go last week and the tech his name is Scott lied and said that nobody was home with my son was there I called him to make sure.They rescheduled and they have me for today between 8 to 12 and I got a notification at 1:36 PM that he was on his way he still hasn’t showed up. There’s no way to reach him so I called the office. they told me that they’ll reach out to him. They called me back and they couldn’t get a hold of him. What do they expect? They want us to be home all day waiting. This is America. We have to work. We’re not retired. Very irresponsible of Scott.

    SCAMMER ALERT, PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW Attached is a screen shot. This scamming company kept over 300$ from me. I fell for there scam of the accublue hole device. It’s a water tester. So because I didn’t feel good about the test results and then trying to get over 400$ worth of chemicals out of me and my water was crystal clear, I took my pool water to 2 different pool stores and had it tested. Both of their results were the same. And Leslie’s was the only one that was different and their “ treatment plan” was for me to spend over 400$. I returned the device. They said they would release the hold on my card for 294 plus another 50 got both of those emails too attached. But they charged my card and every time you try to speak to someone they keep spinning me around so bad I get dizzy. It’s always “ we escalated this, we need to reach out to someone else we’ll call you back” guess what? They never call back. They charged it and are keeping my money. You see I left a review on the other site and they responded. That screen shot is down there. Said “let’s make this right “ they never answered any emails, and all they do on the phone is blame other departments. So now I’m going to every Leslie’s page and letting customer’s know this is how they treat you. The test results will be blown up to make sure they are making crazy money off you that you don’t need to spend. ( if you don’t believe me do what I did and get it tested somewhere else and see for yourself ) Please be careful when using this company. They don’t care about customer service, they lie, they steal and they are going bankrupt , you can tell because there stock prices are significantly dropping so they are going to try to scam whoever they can to make money. Just like keeping an honest hard working man’s money even after receiving there brand new device back. It’s pitiful. I’m fighting them on bbb as well. PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL. SERIOUS SCAMMERS.
