From the moment I stepped inside, it was obvious that Charles is the heartbeat of the place. Patrons breezed in, greeted him by name, and shared stories of pool triumphs and catastrophes alike, knowing Charles would sort them out with the patience of a Zen master and the ingenuity of a mad scientist. The shop could run on his reputation alone—he might as well wear a cape instead of a store apron.[1][2] Now, I walked in with a pool vacuum cleaner that looked like it had survived an underwater war with a very angry mop. Most would’ve told me gently to check the nearest landfill. Not Charles! If every store had a Charles, customer service wouldn’t just be a department; it’d be a celebration. My pool vacuum survived another season, my shopping cart is forever fuller, and my faith in retail heroes has grown. If excellence had a pool party, Charles would be at the grill, cracking jokes and fixing broken skimmers with one hand tied behind his back.   I like Leslie's because they have later convient hours. They had one poor girl ( Who was beautiful BTW) handling 3 customers by herself.
