I went to Lowe's to get some paint supplies and some Flex tape that I had not been able to find anywhere. As a senior woman I am not familiar with a home improvement store layout. As soon as I walked in I spotted a woman with a Lowes vest on and asked her where to find the items that I needed. Right off the top of her head she gave me the aisle number that I needed to go to. I immediately found everything I needed there. I went to find a check out with a cashier as I am not good at self checkout. I was passing up self check out when another lady stopped me and waved me over to a self check out. I told her that I didn't know how to do that. She took my items and quickly scanned them and bagged them and showed me how to run my card. Awesome, she had me out of there in less than 2 minutes. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable about their work place and very pleasant. I will be a forever customer from now on.

I was not happy with the window treatment area. I ordered shades and thought I was getting a battery pack for 2 shades. I did not receive them. I believe this was due to a poor explanation by the seller and having to deal with 3 different people. The wait was long to receive the shades and they outsourced the installation.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
