Reagan and John made me feel at home, more than I can say about Blue Water Pool that are supposed to be a family owned and operated business. Both gentlemen were extremely kind, patient and insightful. Addressed all my concerns and made sure I didn’t purchase anything I didn’t need. I left feeling confident and ready to tackle my pool needs!

I have given it a few tries to see if maybe the associate working was just having a bad day but trust me... that is not the case. The associates at this store that I have had contact with are just plain rude! I have personally witnessed them yell at an old man for an honest mistake of standing in the wrong spot and then have had them personally be rude to me. It is as if you are nothing them by them having to do their job.... My father owns multiple rental properties all with pools and I am the one to purchase the pool supplies and I PROMISE I will NEVER set foot in this store again.
