Great experience. Mike from the electrical department helped me. He helped me find a specific brush that I needed to clean my brake calipers slide pin bores with. He went above and beyond and he found the exact size nylon brush I was looking for. I looked everywhere and could not find one. Then found it at Lowes because Mike said lets see if another dept has it. Sure enough he found a refrigerator coil cleaning brush that was nylon and the size I needed. Very nice helpful guy. He was an electrician in the 80s. I have been an electrician for the last 10 years so that was cool also. He really went above and beyond. Great experience. Oh yeah wanted to add it was around 8 at night. Not busy at all.

I go in to get price matching done on a griddle. $650 original another store had it for $449 associate calls manager, they first tell me they only match price other lowes which is a lie the policy says they clearly dont do that, then the other excuse was they only match price stores only like lowes lol, the lowes price match clearly says local vendors in area with your zip code where it shows in stock and can be shipped to you. Anyways i call the 1800 number they clearly knew i had all my facts and they did check all and they matched price the griddle. I saved $200 bucks. This store clearly just didnt want to do it whoch is false advertisement on this location parts shame on them. Call online to get you price match dont dont get scammed going in store it will be a waste of time they are clueless the staff and management plays dumb.

Needed lumber cut so I could use it to level the jacks on my trailer. Approached 4 guys not doing much at the Pro desk. They gave me every reason why they couldn’t cut the lumber, and had 10 different questions about why I needed it. Not one person mentioned what they could do or was genuinely interested in a solution. After a minute of figuring out these guys just didn’t want to work, I walked out and saved my breathe. Drove to Home Depot and had to wait 10 minutes because they were cutting wood for two people ahead of me, doing exactly what the customers asked for. The only rule they had was cuts couldn’t be shorter than a foot. I got the pieces I needed to level out and set up the trailer I needed to have done that day. I’m building houses myself in Punta Gorda and spent over $50k with Lowe’s in Estero during my last protect. Never had an issue. This is the closest Lowe’s to me and I’ll never step foot in there again. Just don’t understand why you keep employees around that don’t want to help customers or are only there to give people a hard time.

Choose 2 items via my Lowe's app. Paid and waited for confirmation my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived I choose curbside pick up, responded via their email that I had arrived and waiting in parking space #5. I waited and waited and waited. I went in and was advised somebody must be picking the items from the shelves in the aisle. I responded I had received an email stating my order was ready 2 hours earlier. She basically shrugged her shoulders and said it should come out to my vehicle soon. I went back to my vehicle. In total I waited 20 minutes when I decided I was going to go back in. I spoke to someone else near the pick up room. She didnt seem very helpful. I saw my name and order number on the big screen TV and the wait time showing over 20 minutes. The girl inside the pick up room must of over heard me speaking aloud about my order and said to me am I (my name), I replied yes and she handed me my items in a bag. So much for curb side pick up at Lowes. Just over 20 minutes and I was on my way. I have something else ordered at your competitor, Home Depot tomorrow morning. It'll be interesting to see how that goes. Lowes management, you surely can do better. Speak with your employees please. Update: Curbside pick up next morning at competitor Home Depot; in and out in less than 3 minutes after confirming I arrived at a parking space. The way it was meant to work.
