Fast Forward 2 + yrs with gradually increasing water loss, we now have learned that “repair”was only a temporary fix, not really repaired! My suspicion that it was still leaking slowly was now confirmed because it did gradually get worse? The technician for Duck Duck inspected the entire pool and found the leak in the same area as the first fix, he explained that his repair would be temporary as to determine if the leak has stopped. He explained going forward we needed to closely monitor water loss rates and provide Duck Duck with more information for follow-up. The tech left us with his advice, we needed a more involved repair to properly fix the issue, no sales pressure just information. He explained how the repair was going to be done and the expected result. Later we received an email estimate with a warranty. It would have been great to have known about the Duck Duck Leak Detection Company a couple of years ago, we could have saved a lot of water!!! We discovered the big difference with Duck Duck is complete information , transparency , honest and throughly professional.
