- CDchristopher donoghue5 days ago5.0I had Duck Duck Leak out to my home yesterday. I believe it was Ryan ??.He did an excellent job explaining to me what he will do to try and locate the leak. He first looked at the pool equipment then started at my spa then the pool. He found an inlet with a fairly small amount of plaster missing and sure enough that is where he located the leak. He repaired it immediately told me that it was a temporary fix but in his opinion most likely it won’t leak there again but to keep an eye on it. They offered a military discount and did an appraisal for a permanent fix if I should still have an issue with where he repaired. So I have to say I was extremely satisfied with the experience. 5 Stars for sure!!

Within the same day I received the estimate to repair if I decide to fix it. Mare from the office is very helpful and so friendly. I highly recommend this company if you have a leak issue.

Scheduled an appointment with Anthony to replace my skimmer. Anthony is a great guy, did a great job replacing my skimmer. Ricky found my leak and did a temporary fix right away and the leak has stopped. Ricky sent me the estimate right away for permanent repair. I am so happy my son said to call them! Thank you both for your professionalism but also being so friendly and helpful.
