AJ was wonderful! My husband and I are handicapped and he with no problem lifting a bathroom vanity and a toilet onto the flat bed and then came outside and loaded it. He was very careful not to let us help him, he didn’t want us to get hurt. Five star service from him if I could’ve done more than five stars, I would’ve please please give him appreciation because we appreciated him!

While I was in the area, I made a quick stop at Lowe's. I browsed around a bit. This home improvement store was large, well-organized, and featured far more displays.

Terrible experience. Ordered curbside yesterday and didn’t get filled. Called to cancel last night and waited twice for customer service to pick up. 8 min each time. Finally someone answered and transferred me to order fulfillment who couldn’t hear me and then hung up on me when he went to transfer me back to customer service. Called back two more times and no one answered at 8pm. I looked at bank account and they charged me twice for the order. Called back today. Customer service and head cashier still could not cancel the order even though it has not been filled. Transferred me to “manager” and now I have been waiting again 10 minutes on hold. Need the order cancelled and need to have all my money refunded back. I don’t know how to get this done. This store has no idea what they are doing.

I love this Lowe's. It's clean and organized and all the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Today is like to say an extra thank you to JADE, the garden center manager. She was great about helping me with some clearance plants. And she always greets me with a hello and a smile.

How do I check my order status?
Check your order status online by entering the order number or logging in to your MyLowe’s account. You’ll receive email updates if your order status changes.
How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
