Can't ever go wrong with Lowe's. As a contractor, I've been using Lowe's for over 25 years. Whether it be in a pinch or a planned-out project, their inventory has what I need for both projects at work and at home. I'll always be a customer. Always a bonus when a business offers discounts to our nation's veterans, and they do. You can tell they take great care of their employees as well by the friendly, happy-to-help attitudes they all always have.

I ordered pavers and gravel online for a garden project and this has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had.
The website said “delivery tomorrow”, but I ended up waiting 8 extra days while my yard was already torn up and unusable. I contacted customer service and was told they would try to prioritize delivery, but nothing changed.
When the order finally arrived, several pavers were the wrong size and shape. I had to use my own vehicle to fix their mistake and pick up replacements myself. A week later they sent a carrier to collect the incorrect pallet sitting in my driveway, but the driver arrived expecting a small box instead of a pallet, so the pickup failed.
Now I’m being told I may have to wait 1 more week, and I cannot receive my refund until the pallet is collected. This shows a serious lack of communication, coordination, and professionalism.
This experience has cost me time, stress, and the use of my property. I will not purchase from Lowe’s again unless this situation is fully resolved and I receive proper compensation for the inconvenience caused.

You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
