I brought in a blazer that had wrinkles in it and upon looking at it, he immediately refused me service. I went to another nearby dry cleaners and they took my blazer and fixed the wrinkles. I don't know what happened that warranted refusal of services but I know I wouldn't want to do business with such awful customer service.
