During a time when construction is being done at the 1005 South Alexander Street location in Plant City, I had to visit the nearby location at 102 South Alexander Street to retrieve a lost item that had been turned in. First and foremost, a sincere thank you to the anonymous individual who found and returned my lost item at the 1005 South Alexander Street location. Acts like that don’t go unnoticed. They reflect a level of honesty and character that truly restores your faith in people. I’d also like to extend my appreciation to the management staff who were working out of the 102 South Alexander Street location. Despite the temporary inconvenience of construction, they communicated quickly, handled everything professionally, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Experiences like this remind me that there are still people who move with integrity and honor.
