- CCCarrieDec 2, 20255.0I’ve rented a unit at this location since 2021 or 2022. Yesterday I went by to get my Christmas decorations out of my unit and my lock wouldn’t open. Not sure if it rusted shut or what but they were kind and cut my lock off for me and even gave me a loaner lock for free. I appreciate them and their help. Everyone there is always super friendly and helpful.
