It’s very frustrating because every time I have an issue they ask for a lot of things for example, whenever I try to ask for help on call for not being able to open my account they couldn’t help me. I go in person. They couldn’t help me either but they’re the ones that opened my account so I couldn’t go into my unit. The person at the front who tries to help is not help at all it almost feels as if he was racist. It’s very frustrating because I tried to communicate my issues with him and he’s very incompetent with the way he helps. I wish for more attention and help to the customer especially when it’s a frustrating time when you can’t get into your unit or getting into your account and fix an issue. If you’re gonna get a unit with them, I don’t recommend this location.

Dealing with self storage is never fun and often stressful.. but Adam and his team were so accommodating and professional, I really felt like they went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for me.
